Now you can enjoy the benefits of an exceptionally high source of natural Vitamin C (ascorbic acid). Because these cherries are especially high in Vitamin C, their taste is somewhat tart. Before this, we could only get dried Acerola Cherry powder mixed with some form of sugar or sweetener. That was to make them taste better.
