Each packet contains: Stress-J (2 capsules): Contains passion flower aerial parts, fennel seeds, feverfew aerial parts, hops flowers, chamomile flowers extract, and marshmallow root extract. SUMA Combination (2 capsules): Contains echinacea aerial parts, suma bark, astragalus root extract, ginkgo leaves concentrate, eleuthero root, and gotu kola root & rhizome concentrate. Nutri-Calm (1 tablet): Contains vitamin C, B1, B2, B6, B12, folic acid, biotin, niacinamide and pantothenic acid in a base of schizandra fruit, choline bitartrate, PABA, bee pollen, valerian root, passion flower, inositol, hops flowers and lemon bioflavonoids. Hops Concentrate (1 capsule): Standardized to 5 percent alpha bitter acid. Each capsule contains hops concentrate plus hops herb.
